Dear Community,
In our JIRA instance, we’d JIRA automation. And when I try to create a rule with you 2 projects in scope where I’m the admin for those two projects. But I’m unable to change the scope from the current single project. While the JIRA admin who takes care the whole instance able to do that.
Does it make sense to request/wait for the jira admin despite you’re having the required project admin roles? Does this is automation limitation ?
Does there any better way of instead of applying jira admin? If it’s jira admin roles requested then the whole access will come to me and that’s prone to risk of doing accidents.
