How to combine fields from child(deploy issue)&parents(stories, defects) to form single report view?

Question

I am trying to prepare a report in jira using JQL query, where i need to fetch data from child(deploy issues) with fields like key, issuetype, environment, linked issues, status etc., and from parent(stories, defects) with fields like summary, category, status, key etc., here fields which are present in parent are not included in child. So only common field present in parent and child are linked issues(child) == key (parent). Can someone please suggest me if this can be built without using any plugins.

I don't know which other community members specifically have Power BI experience.

You might want to start a new post to specifically ask for help with using Power BI to access the REST API. A new post will with such a title may attract the attention of other community members who are familiar with Power BI.
