Is there a way to know how many licenses are there in a Jira Align instance and how many being used?

Is there a way to know

1) how many licenses are there in a Jira Align instance

2) and how many being used & who are the users, which are consuming these?

Administration>People>Apply Filters allows to filter deactivated User but it does not provide data for the above queries. Pls. share related article/writeup.

How to count Licenses

Step 1 - Export the user list

Find the user list and export it
Administration > People > More Actions > Export

Step 2 - Identify the default Role for the Connector

Administration > Jira > Jira Setup > Default System Role for New User(s)
(It's usually "Team Leads or Team Members")

Step 3 - Remove any Atlassian Users

Open the spreadsheet file and identify any Atlassian Users by their email address @atlassian.com
Remove them from the file
(Note: For security reasons we recommend that Atlassian users are always deactivated unless they are actively assisting you or your colleagues. Check column "Active User" and ensure they are set to "Deactivated")

Step 4 - Check the Roles

If you are comfortable with Pivot tables, then use a Pivot table to analyse the data.
Otherwise, use Filter/Sort.

Step 5 - Integrated User Licenses

Count the users with the Role from Step 2,
Those are your Integrated User Licenses.

Step 6 - Full User Licenses

Count all the other Roles.
Those are your Full Licenses.

Notes:

Integrated Users do not need to be logging in for them to count – they count as an Integrated User regardless of login activity.
An account dedicated to only API uses a Full license

2) The second part isn't as simple. I've found the easiest way to determine this is to export all the users and sort them by role. You have a default role for integrated users (often Team Lead, Team Member, or Default). Once the users have been exported into excel, I look at the number of Integrated users and then the subtract that number from the total.
