I want to automatically disable/inactive users that have been inactive for longer than 30 days in Jira Cloud
Hi @Prasad Eda
For now, this has to be handled manually
Export the list of users from the "User management" Page and filter out the users based on last seen and you will get inactive users and make them inactive!!
Thanks,Pramodh
Hi @Pramodh M ,
Is it possible with any addon like script runner or any apis?

When I pull a user report based on Jira Software product and Active site access, it does not mean the product access is actually enabled. In my experience, it means they had access at one time. I exported users recently and it included users who no longer had Jira Software enabled. This makes it extremely difficult to know who has access and who doesn't. To boot, you have to manually click into each user to confirm whether they have access and then remove. Maybe I'm missing something?
You can install this app from the marketplace:
Auto Users Management
It will deactivate all inactive users you have periodically by the time you choose.
It's totally secure, and uses Atlassian's Api's only
That sounds amazing! Finally an automatic solution.
Has anyone tried the app?

This plugin does exactly what you’re looking for. Additionally, it allows you to whitelist specific users to prevent them from being deactivated. You also have the option to deactivate users as needed manually. The plugin is free to use for the first month.
