In Bitbucket Cloud, you may have to use this REST API to get the list of projects in a workspace

To get the list of repositories, you may have to use this REST API to get list of repositories in a workspace This returns the project key as well.

Via REST API of bitbucket we can get the list of repos.

I did find this link which has python script to get the list of all repositories https://www.middlewareinventory.com/blog/bitbucket-list-repositories/

Maybe with few modifications you can make it work according to your use case.
