We are trying to embedded the status pop up on salesforce but we are facing some trouble on it (SPSP-23767)

We have built a code and there seems to be an error. We are trying to embed the status pop up on salesforce but we are facing some errors on it. When we click the (X) button the popup is not closing. Could you please help us out?
