Inquire about how to check statistics (data) from 1 year ago at the JIRA service desk

I would like to view customer inquiry data by type before 2021 using the Jira service statistics function.

The service deskbout of the box reports are very limited. I suggest you look at plugins in the marketplace that have integration with service desk.
