formatting a default Value from multiline textfield

Question

Hey,

how can I add formatted text as default value in a  multiline textfield?
If I add as default Value formatting code like * or _ then the value are not displayed formatted but I see the asterisks oder underline as text.

P.s.: unfortunately my company doesn't have script runner :,(

Thx but the change of Renderer type to Wiki wasn't the solution :(

Hi @frank lohfeld ,

Can you please make sure that Multi line text custom field is of wiki Renderer type.

If it is default Text Renderer type, please change by navigating to Field Configurations > Select the Multi line text field > Change the renderer to wiki renderer.
