Report 'Xray Test Runs (Curr. f.)' fails

Hello,

On this project, when extracting this report: Xray Test Runs (Curr. f.) on Issues search page, we get this issue on the column 'Test Execution Key' in excel:

Failed to download Xray test runs: Server returned HTTP response code: 403

Could you please help on this.

Just for the reference, that XRay export feature is provided by the Better Excel Exporter app in the form of an XRay integration.

I work at the app vendor and I can confirm it. The actual problem was solved by our support desk.

Thanks for the response. Issue is resolved. It is implemented using better excel plugin.

Yes, indeed this option is not an Xray feature:

Someone else must have developed this since the product Xray does not have this option. We cannot even be aware of who did this, please ask your system administrator, he might know who developed this option.
