I dont see a Split feature option for user stories in Jira when I right-click on issue

The Split option feature used to be seen when I right-click on issue. It has been dissapeared and I wonder what needs to be done to get it back.

Thanks @WILLIAM MENSAH . The sprints should not disable the split option but what I suspected was that due to several sprints, the list would have to be scrolled down to see all the optioned. I see that you are not facing that issue.

Therefore the advice here is to think back on the recent changes made to Jira. Possibly this will help you determine the cause. Some examples are:

1. Did you install any add-ons recently on your instance? If so, try disabling this and verifying if the issue persists.

2. Have you recently restarted  your instance and then the option was missing? If so, check the logs of the last startup to see if there are any system add-ons that failed to start during the last startup.

3. Check if you have installed any new add-ons on your browser or try other browsers.
