Can't resolve the issue

Question

I am facing below error when issue will resolve. This error came from last 3 hours:

The call to the Jira server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser.

I have refreshed and relogging the site.  But still same issue persist.

Please fix and update asap.

Hi @Trudy P Claspill ,

We are getting the same error today.

Few Jira users has reported the problem in updating Issues/loading Jira Issue pages.

We are currently on Jira Data Center  v8.13.9

Please assist.

Now my issue is resolved.
