I can't see any error messages (pictures are low detail level). How do you notice, that the description does not change?

I haven't got any errors and I don't know what is wrong

Is it like that:

you alter the description of a custom field and save it
the new description is correctly displayed at the custom field edit page
the new description does not show upon an issue

If this is the case, please run the re-indexer.

I ran the re-indexer but the description is not updated

I created a new custom field and the description is udated.
