Not receiving verification email from my Jira account

I'm trying to get into my Jira account for the first time and when I put my email and click continue it sends me an email verification but it never gets to my inbox, can somebody helps me, please?
This is my email <email removed for privacy reasons>

I check all my emails categories like junk emails and others.

Base on other questions I saw that email gets blocked when it doesn't exist, and mine had some problems because was not active when I was trying to login to Jira, but now it is active maybe it was bounced or blocked by the system.

Hi, @maikol estevez! Welcome to the community!

I checked our logs and confirmed that indeed your email had a block on the server that prevented emails from being sent to your address. So, I removed your email from this suppression list.

Could you please confirm if you receive the email now?
