Ondemand team calendar: How to remove my personal "subscription"?

My private Google calendar appears on the team calendar under "subscriptions".

Now I want to remove it. When I click the ... on the right, the options I get are Restrictions, Share or Embed, Subscribe, Export to iCalendar and Refresh. How on earth can I remove it completely?
