Where to gain admin rights of bitbucket (already Atlasian org+site admin)

Hello,

I just got a new role at our company atlasian,  Org+site administrator but the problem is I was unable to browse bitbucket admin panel maybe I was unable to find it, where can I give myself full rights to our org bitbucket cos when eve I go to bitbucket its showing blank for me unable to see org data there which is thereby users but as an admin I don't have access to it help plz

Hi, @Owais Aziz! Welcome to the community! 

I checked your Bitbucket account and confirmed you don’t have access to another workspace besides yours.

In this case, in order to access your company's workspace, you need to ask one of the current admins of this workspace to invite you. They can add you to the admin group, this way you will have admin access over this workspace.

They can follow the next steps to add you to the admin group:

• Access the company's workspace > Go to Settings

• Access User groups

• Open the group they want to add you to

• Click Add Member

• Inform your email and click Confirm

After that, you should receive an email to accept the invitation.
