Title & Description overlapping in backlog view in JIRA Core version 8.18.1

We are experiencing the same issue as described in ticket JSWSERVER-19896 which can be found: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-19896

The server was just upgraded to 8.18.1 last week.

Can you please let us know how to solve the issue? Thanks.
