Getting error in Jira board (v8.13.6)

I suggest you to go to plugins page and enter "safe mode " this will disable all plugins, see if the error, still occurs, if not, that means one of the add-ons cause it, start to enable the plugins one by one, after each one enabled, check if the error occurs till you find the one that cause it.
