I'm new to bitbucket and I'm interested in adding a video or a file to a comment in a bitbucket pull request. Is this possible?

It doesn't seem it's possible. Only to add a video to pull request description or add a link to a video. Do you want to demonstrate something using a video? For me it was always better to do the conversation about the problems in the issue associated with the change, not in the Bitbucket itself, But I don't know your use case and maybe it's not possible...
