JIRA restful api that returns a list of the groups in JIRA?

I'm trying to find a JIRA restful call that returns a list of the groups in JIRA (that is, in this JIRA instance).

I'm expecting it to look something like "https://jira.oportun.com/rest/api/latest/groups/" but it doesn't...

There isn't one.

Check https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/REST/server/#api/2/ to see what there is.
