In the Marketplace we are only able to view Pricing details on Monthly basis. 

Let's say if the addon costs 200$ per month for hundred users which means 2$/user per month.

If we wanna see the pricing for Year, Is it 200$ * 12 for 100 users or will there be any discount applied when we purchase the app Annually ? 

Please help with the Info, we didn't found the way to see the Pricing on annual basis in the marketplace. 

NOTE: We are planning to move to cloud and we don't have any Cloud Dev Environment so finding it difficult to get the pricing details. Once we take the free plan after 1 month we have to pay right.. So we were searching all information before we jump into Cloud.

By default, yes the pricing is just the monthly one times 12. However depending on the amount of users discounts could be offered for an annual billing.

 

From the marketplace:

The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

• Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
• Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
• Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

Chances are low however that this will be for the lower tiers. You should probably only expect those on the really high tiers.

These apps are hosted by the app vendor(s) and not Atlassian directly so servers need to be paid

 

Regarding the free plan, that is free for ever (unless of course the policy changes over time). A free plan just has limitations towards:

• storage
• number of users
• certain functional limitations (think automation executions, issue level security,..)

other than that, it remains free. Apps however are not free, you can get a free trial but other than that you'll get billed for those after the trial even if your Jira plan is a free one.

If you however take a Standard or Premium plan those do have a trial period and once it's over you get billed.
