I am not able to see add sub-task icon on the screen of task
Have you enabled sub-tasks in the project (under project settings -> issue types)?
If you have, then can you explain where you expect the sub-task icon to appear and show us it missing?
Kindly find the screen shot where I am expecting the add sub- task icon for a task.
I have enabled sub-task under project settings -> issue types
I'd expect it to find it in the drop-down menu.
