Edit access control on custom field

Question

Dear Team ,

I want to put restriction on particular custom field . Please suggest how to do that .

E.g. I am managing change process through JIRA , Now I want to stop edit access on  custom field like "impacted variable" when my JIRA ticket in closed stage .
