Notification when Jira Admin is added

We have a number of Administrators in Jira and each of them can add/change users to be Admins as well. We would like there to be some oversight with this.

- Is there a way to be notified when a user is added to the Administrator group? 

- Is there any internal approval process in Jira available before someone becomes an admin?

Unfortunately there’s nothing built into Jira  that would provide notifications or require approval’s. However if this is an issue within your company I would highly recommend that you establish a process that requires request/approval.
