I tried the following per documentation * Go to > Attachments * Choose Edit in Office beside the attachment you want edit. Your browser will ask you to confirm that you want to open the file. There is not Edit in Office Option in the Attachment screen. When I go to the document and click "EDIT" it tells me to download the Atlassian Companion App. I have doesn't this several times to no success

Have you tried a different browser?

Do you have any security applications that could be blocking the application (anti-virus, firewall)?

I tried a different browser. There is nothing blocking the application. I even download for the right machine, MAC
