Is it posible to see dashboards if the user has not licence of Service Management?

I have create a Dashboard in Service MANAGEMENT and woluld like to give permisions to people with no licence of agent, only client of the portal,

is it possible?

Hi Pilar,

Yes you can. You just have to give them browse access only in the project. If they need to be assigned or edit a ticket you will have to consume a license.
