Fast-track transition an issue (Script Runner) - When a custom field date happens

I need the issue to auto transition when "custom field 1" (date field) occurs.

Example:

Custom Field 1 = 04/06/21
Issue auto transitions on 04/006/21

in Action you have to define the tranistion which will happen according to date field.

You will need some form of automation or scripting addon. for example Scriptrunner or Automation for Jira.

Fast transition is not Auto tranisition. Fast transition, automatically transition issue when condition mets while performing transition manually.
