Attachements issue

Now we are using Jira 8.1 server and we are having a problem that our attachements doesn't wanna workor open in all the system , and tried upgrading and it didn't work , created also a docker image locally and used local presistent storage so not NFS and still the attachements fail eventhough they are there . 

so what is the problem here or the solution for this ?

I will first check the permission on the home folder and in particular /data and /data/attachments folders.

When the user running Jira doesn’t have the appropriate permissions then the attachments will not be viewable in the application.

You can also check and share your log entry when a user attempts to view an attachment as this will help us understand the issue more.
