Why is a repository I deleted still showing up in the repository list?

Barry Flinn

I have two repositories that I have attempted to delete from Bitbucket.  Even though they are deleted, they still show up in the repository list.  However, when I click on them I get a `404 Not Found` error.  How can I permanently delete the repositories in this state?

It turns out, the answer is to open a support request with Atlassian.  There isn't anything I could have done personally to fix this, since the repositories were stuck in an odd state.  It required Atlassian to delete them for me.
