how can we setup an alert for the assignee for daily digest emails?

I want to know,is there any extension or any setting through which assignee can get an email of respective tasks list which has been assigned to the assignee,Currently i am doing it manually and it consume lots of efforts to send the task list to the assignee which has been assigned to them.
Would be great if an alert email will be sent to the assignee before they start their work,Task can be of any type-Like story, subtask, bug or any other type which has been added.
