Bugzilla & Greenhopper - versions in Bugzilla becomes sprints in Greenhopper/Agile

We have imported bugs from Bugzilla into Jira, and versions in Bugzilla becomes affected versions in Jira. This is correct, but the problem is that versions/affected versions also becomes sprints in "agile" (Greenhopper). Do you know how we can solve this, so that verisons does not become sprints?

Greenhopper classic boards uses the project versions for denoting a sprints and there is no way that this can be changed.

If you use the new Rapidboards from GreenHopper, it does not use the project versio anymore.
