Nadia Amirat

Hello

I'm administrator of jira software

Can someone help me please

I would like to let the project lead add people in his project but I don't know how

Beacause now is just the administrator of jira who can add user in projects

I have verified the permissions schemes of the project and grant to administrators Browse user

But the project lead cannot add users in his project

Hi @Nadia Amirat

you should check if the project lead is set in the "Administer Project" permission in the permission scheme. Maybe this helps you.

Hello @Tobias thank you

Your answer helped me.

I found in jira forums that a user can request access to project by sending email to the project lead

There is a way to do a checklist for the request access?
