Confluence top bar missing CREATE

Just upgraded to 7.3 Not sure where the CREATE option is should be on top Bar ?

That could happen if your current user doesn't have the Add pages permission on any space.

If that's not the case, check this KB article.

Hi Jovan.Quick comment about it, having an administrator account doesn't mean you have Add pages permission to a Space.

Do you have a personal space with that account? If you do, try creating a page on that Space with the guidance from the KB I suggested.
