How can issues be automatically reassigned to users from column to column?

Hi,

Is it possible to set in the board that issues from column e.g.: in progress (assigned to user A) is automatically reassigned to user B when it is moved to column e.g.: testing?

Yes, as Jack suggests you can do that with Automation For Jira.

Create a rule based on Issue Transitioned. You can identify which status it is transitioning to.

Then you can add a New Action for Edit Issue. Select Add fields and chose Assignee.

Then add the name of the user you want to assign it to.

I would suggest using automation to achieve this. I would trigger on the transition And assign based on your conditions
