I also want a picture of the agent in the email when he replies to the user. is that possible?I have already posted a picture on the profile but it does not arrive in the email.I think of this as in the pictures below

This feature has not been added to Jira Service Management. I believe it is similar to this feature request, I would suggest voting for it.
