Outlook Meetings Plugin Login Failed

Recently installed the Outlook Meetings plugin for Jira. However, when I try to login to Office 365 within the issue I am getting the following error message: 

I used my admin Office 365 credentials to allow the permissions for the app however it is still giving me the error message.

Since I have several office accounts I tried logging in a browser I don't use (to see if it was an issue of authenticating the wrong Office 365 account) but, this still did not work.

I have global admin rights for our Office 365 instance. 

I am using Jira Service Management Next Gen service desk project. 

Any suggestions?
