I do not receive the verification emails from Atlassian(Bitbucket)

Hi,

 I am trying to access my Bitbucket account (vcuarental@copado.com) and I am prompted to include a verification code that was sent to my email address.

I have not received the email.

I already checked the Spam folder and there was no Bitbucket or Atlassian verification code email.

Hi @Copado Jira account ,

I checked our email logs and I can see a few email sent from Atlassian to the email you mentioned on 20th April 2021, and all of them show a status of having been delivered to your email server.

I would suggest checking with your email administrator on why these emails don't reach your inbox, as they show to have been delivered to your mail server.
