Cannot atlas_debug our plugin, which does not load. We're planning to migrate from Jira 7.13 to the latest 8 version (8.16) and got this error.
Both suggestions in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Answers-Developer-Questions/How-do-you-use-the-workflownoinputpluginfactory-for-a-no-input/qaq-p/57223 did not work either.
