How to permanently set the Comments to Descend Order?
@[deleted]- Welcome to community. You can follow these instructions to make the change. It will change it for all users and you will need to be a Jira Admin to make the change. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/change-the-default-order-for-comments/
Note that with the intro of a recent change each user can control their preference. Simply click on the Newest first or oldest first in the detail issue view. It will persist for all issue and projects. It will not change the behavior for others.
