Page loading slow - Javascript not cached because server gives immediate expiration

We have some serious problems browsing JIRA, because of Javascript files reloaded every time, due to server giving an immediate expiration time

is it a bug in version 8.13.14 ?

or is there any quick configuration workround to fix this please?

 

from locally expiration is ok:

Expires is 202_2_ so a full year but yes, I have the same issues (long loading time) and still no solution :-/
