Link Jira Software with Jira Service desk

If I want to link these two apps I get an error code.

I would suggest making sure that there is not a firewall on the server that is blocking the connection. Atlassian has a great troubleshooting guide that you should also checkout https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/application-links-troubleshooting-guide-718668765.html
