I´m facing the same issue
i found the issue in my case i was using the wrong image, in the file
bitbucket-pipelines.yml
i change image:maven... to
image: markhobson/maven-chrome
You can create your own image out of a docker file as well and push it to docker repo and then pass it in the yml file. This process worked well for me. Thanks Davinson
