Get linked Iissue from task problem

Hello everyone

I want to get linked issue from task with below scope code of script.

for(IssueLink issueLink: issueLinkManager.getOutwardLinks(issue.getId())){
        Issue tempIssue=issueLink.getDestinationObject()
        if(tempIssue.getIssueTypeId()=="13920"){
            slIssue=tempIssue;
            break;
         } 
}

But this script read only sub task(#13923) but can not read linked issue(#13920).

EMT-5186->subtask id(13923) can be read

EMT-5176->linked issue id(13920) can not be read  *yellow highlighted

How can I read linked issue in below task;

Hello everyone

I have this problem because of that issue matrix type is JQL.

So, I go different way that write a jql and parse result to solve.
