price + active directory integration

Question

hello

i would like to know the cost of

Atlassian Access + Jira Service Management

we are a small company with 4 agents/it members and about 100-150 users

also if anyone know if the trial version for atlassian access is only for 6 active directory accounts?

because this is the number of users i see .

Thank you

Dave Meyer · Answer

Jira Service Manager customers (non-agents) do not count towards your Atlassian Access bill. There is more information here: https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/manage-your-bill-for-atlassian-access/

Nic Brough -Adaptavist- · Answer

Both.  You will need to pay for the people who use the system.

so basically if i have 100 users , i will need to pay 3usd/ month for each user to connect it to active directory ?

OR DO I HAVE TO PAY ONLY FOR 3 AGENTS WHO USE THE SYSTEM FOR SUPPORT THE USERS?
