Sensu with Jira Service Management on Offline Environment?

Is it possible to integrate sensu with Jira Service Management in a disconnected environment (no access to internet) ? We'd like dynamic case creation with the use of sensu agents if possible. If so, where can I find instructions on doing so? Thank you!

Searching for similar cases and features, I didn’t find anything related to Sensu and Jira. 

Below are the docs I found:

• Sensu Go Jira Handler

On our marketplace, there is no add-on that would make this integration as well, so I believe that the best option would be to contact their support to check if they offer this integration.
