Blank Agile Wallboard Gadget after upgrade jira to v8.13.3

Hi Team,

 We have upgraded the jira from v8.7.1 to v813.3 on both dev and production instances. The Agile Wallboard Gadget is good on dev instance after upgrade, but it is displaying blank on production. What could be the reason, Could anyone please suggest on this.

The gadget is working after reboot the jira instance.
