I am having problems trying to get my new members to appear in the assignee box. I send out the invite and they accept. Nothing appears. I have to re-invite and then they show up as accepted. I have added them to the groups but nothing. What am I doing wrong?

In JSM(JSD), assignee of issue must be granted with an agent license + he/she needs to a member of your project's ServiceDesk Team role.
