Best practice of performance tuning

  We have more than 2,000 employees using conference, and there will be unavailable failures some times. We hope to find conference best practices in performance optimization in order to better serve our employees.

I would also look at the information that they provide for your specific hosted environment as the VM stack configuration, database setup, etc can impact performance as well.
