Cannot add back columns after removing them

In an advanced search, I removed certain columns to only export what I needed. When I tried to reset the columns to the previous state, I see some column fields that are not the original ones and the original ones are not available. I clicked on Restore defaults  and it didn't restore the original columns. What can I do?

Restore defaults does not restore the previous set, it takes it back to Jira's off-the-shelf defaults are.

I'm afraid all you can do is re-add the columns you want from scratch
