JSM Cloud Portal Config?

Is there anyway to customize below "Find Help and Services" area in JSM portal. Make it smaller, bigger, relocate or change text inside? Doesn't appear there's a tremendous amount of customization to be had. Using JSM 100% for outside client support. Thanks! Jira box.JPG

No, you cannot customize the portal when it comes to the search field. You would need an app like Refined in order to do that, it looks like you can configure the search field with it.

Thanks @Mikael. Outside of Refined (and writing CSS) looks like portal customization options are limited for the cloud version of JSM. Any idea if there are any 3rd party developers working on additional apps or is Atlassian limiting design options since they host?

I am not aware of any other apps besides Refined that allows you to modify the portal, but you may want to check out the Developer community and ask that question there. And yes, cloud is limited in what you can do with the API, but I believe Forge will change that.
