Using Powerscripts to change blocked drop-down of parent if child blocked flag changed

I am looking at writing a sil script to check if a select list(called blocked) is set to YES for a Story.  If it is set to YES, I want to then automatically set the parent EPIC blocked select list to YES as well.  

Is this possible with sil scripts?
